Online Purchase Returns & Exchange

Merchandise in original condition (unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached) may be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of the order shipment when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please be aware that we will not be able to process your returns or exchange without the original sales receipt and tags.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange or refund when you use our shipping account. You can also use your own shipping method at your own cost.

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

Returns will not be accepted in store. 

All sales are final on promotions, markdowns, interior items, accessories, cosmetic, swimwear, lingerie, jewelry and periodicals.

IM General Store does not offer refunds or price adjustments on sale items. 

We will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

We have the right to deny exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
